Cancelling
Life happens and we understand. If you cancel in writing at least 10 days out, we refund everything except the non-refundable retainer. For late changes, we offer future chapel credits provided we have 48 hours notice so your investment stays protected.
New Dates
If your plans change, we make it easy to shift your ceremony to a new time that works for you. Just give us 48 hours notice and we will find a spot on our calendar to host your special moment.
Arrivals
Because our team prepares specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or significant delays. Arriving on time keeps the magic flowing.
Unexpected Events
If an act of nature or a global emergency makes your ceremony impossible, we will stand by you. We personally work with every couple to reschedule for a safer time at no extra charge, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of your commitment to one another.
